Two teens have been arrested following a double shooting in Fairfax County on Saturday morning that left one minor dead and a second hospitalized. One Killed In Officer-Involved Spotsylvania Shooting, Sheriff Says
The Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office is investigating following an officer-involved shooting that left a 38-year-old man dead on Sunday morning. Shortly after 3:15 p.m. on June 30, deputies were called to the 10400 block of Spotswood Drive to investigate a reported domestic disturbance involving a weapon. Upon arrival, officials say that deputies were met by a man armed with a gun pointing it at a woman, prompting one of the investigators to fire his weapon, striking and killing the man. A 47-year-old man who allegedly inappropriately touched a 6-year-old at a Virginia playground is behind bars, police say. A 17-year-old was shot and killed overnight in Prince William County, police said. Officers responded to the Misty Ridge Apartments located in the 15000 block of Lost Canyon Ct in Woodbridge around 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18. A 42-year-old man has been arrested in an Arlington stabbing, police said. Nicolas Godinez-Andres was outside of an apartment building with the victim on the 4300 block of 4th Street N., when the two became arguing around 11:20 Friday, June 14, police said. Police ere are investigating a pair of hidden cameras found in bathrooms of a Falls Church cafe earlier this month. The discoveries were made in the bathrooms of Northside Social on Park Ave., city police said.
