A Kentucky man has been extradited to Bucks County and arraigned on dozens of charges for allegedly trafficking a 13-year-old girl and arranging sexual encounters with adult men, authorities announced on Wednesday, July 23. The Home Depot has expanded its delivery options by teaming up with DoorDash and Uber Eats, the home improvement chain said in a news release on Wednesday, Jan. 22. A 20-year-old Philadelphia man is facing federal charges for carjacking a mother and daughter last month, authorities announced. Amir Harvey held a black handgun at the woman and her teenage daughter as they were getting ready to go to school on the 8900 block of Maxwell Place around 615 a.m. on Sept. 19, United States Attorney Jacqueline C. The Massachusetts State Lottery is making it easier for people to claim their winnings. The Lottery is launching an app this spring that will allow many big winners to claim their prizes and have the winnings deposited directly into their bank accounts, the Lowell Sun reported Tuesday, Nov. 24.
