Warren Martinez, 31, pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including mayhem, assault and battery to intimidate based on gender identity and sexual orientation, and breaking and entering. That's what police said one Worcester County woman did during a break-in at a home in Worcester earlier this week.  Valdirene Da Cruz is charged with mayhem, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, and breaking and entering during the nighttime to commit a felony, Milford police said.  Da Cruz and two men broke into a Milford home around 3 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21.
