A Worcester psychiatrist was convicted of illegally prescribing highly addictive drugs like Xanax, Klonopin, and Adderall, federal authorities announced. A motorcyclist is dead and a driver wounded after a road rage argument erupted in gunfire steps from Independence Hall on Saturday, Aug. 26, according to Philadelphia police.
