Domingos Pires-Dasilveira became the first $1 million winner in the “$4,000,000 Bonus Loot” $10 scratch-off game. Pires-Dasilveira chose to take the lump sum of $650,000 (before taxes) over the annuity. He wants to buy a new car and put a downpayment on a home with the money.
