Police have arrested a Manchester 16-year-old in the killing of Windsor Locks resident Jordan Patterson, who was found shot inside a car last month, officials said. Zion Smith faces multiple felonies in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Patterson, Manchester police said. Officers were called to Irving and Woodland streets just before 4 a.m. on May 20, where they found Patterson in the driver’s seat with a gunshot wound to the torso. Police are desperately asking for the public's help in finding a boy who went missing in Prince George's County, authorities say. Zion Smith, 12, was last seen on the 7700 block of Shady Glen Drive on the morning of Monday, June 13, according to Prince George's Police. Smith is described as being 5-feet 5-inches tall and 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a white tank top, and grey tennis shoes.
