Motorcyclist Dies After Crashing Into Deer In Ocean County: Police A man was killed when his motorcycle crashed into a deer in Ocean County, authorities said. The 63-year-old man was driving south on Warren Grove Road at around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, the Barnegat Police Department said in a Facebook post. The deer went on the road from the east and caused the crash. The motorcyclist was rushed to Southern Ocean Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at the Stafford Township hospital. Sally Deeney of Brook Drive South said she thought a cat or dog was behind her Wednesday before she realized it was a fox covered in dirt, the DailyRecord reports.
