Emergency crews in Somerset County quickly responded after a car plunged into the North Branch Raritan River Tuesday night, August 1. The Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department arrived with several water rescue technicians and found the occupants safely out of the vehicle. A 30-year-old New Brunswick resident died after driving into Lake Nelson, authorities said. Alquan Green was driving north on Metlars Lane at 6:51 p.m. Saturday, May 13 when his SUV crashed through a guardrail and landed in the lake, Piscataway officials said. State police say they have located the body of a man whose boat capsized in Fiske Pond Saturday, May 13, in Natick, officials said.
