Covid-19: Pair Of Warren County Restaurant Owners Charged For Violating Executive Mask Order
Two restaurant owners in Warren County were charged with violating the state’s executive mask order, authorities said.
Stephen Desiderio, 51, of Branchburg, and Philip Blanche, 65, of Washington, were charged with failure to comply with the mask mandate following an April 17 investigation by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, Washington Township police said Monday.

Warren County Native, Hiker Katie Lynn Kain Dies, 29
Warren County native and hiker Katie Lynn Kain died March 2 at the age of 29.
Kain attended Warren Hills High School and lived in Washington at the time of her death, her obituary says.
She loved hiking and spending time outdoors and most recently worked as a cashier, her memorial says.
Kain also enjoyed reading, art and spending time with those she loved.

Drug Bust: NJ Pair Had Over 800 Heroin, Crack Cocaine Bags, Suboxone In Traffic Stop, Cops Say
Police found hundreds of bags of heroin and crack cocaine after stopping a couple in Warren County earlier this month, authorities said.
Vincent Noel, 55, and Colleen Coghlan, 33, were pulled over for several violations on Feb. 16, Phillipsburg Police said.
A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up 700 bags of heroin and 129 bags of crack cocaine, as well as a quantity of Suboxone and various paraphernalia, police said.
Noel, of Phillipsburg, and Coghlan, of Washington, were arrested and charged with several narcotics offenses.

Four Warren County men accused of harassing and acting disorderly toward bar, pizza shop and retail workers have been charged, police said.
John Nunn, 27, of Broadway was charged with maintaining a nuisance after yelling at employees of Philbert’s Pub in Washington around 2:20 a.m. on Feb. 7, township police said.
Nichlas Schmitt, 54, of Washington faces an identical charge after acting disorderly at Family Dollar on Rt. 31 S. around 1:50 p.m. on Feb. 15, police said.
