Missing Wallaby Spotted At Williamstown Walmart
Rex, a wallaby, is on the run in Gloucester County after he escaped Monday, Dec. 29. The wallaby got out of his enclosure at Lots of Love Farm in Williamstown last night, the farm said in a post on Facebook. "He is friendly but on the run," the farm said. Monroe Police Capt. Kevin Bielski told NJ Advance Media that Rex was spotted outside a Walmart near the sanctuary, after nearly being hit by a car. He was last spotted in the woods near the store, Bielski told NJ Advance Media. Bielski said officers are keeping an eye out for Rex. Anyone who sees Rex is asked to call 856-728-4188.
