Person Struck, Killed By Car In Stamford A 61-year-old person was hit and killed while crossing a Stamford street. The Stratford resident was killed around 9:16 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the intersection of Tresser and Washington boulevards, said Stamford Police Sgt. Jeffrey Booth. Police Looking For Man Who Took 'Up-skirt' Photos In Union Police in Union are searching for a man who took intimate pictures of a female without her knowledge, a department spokesman said.  The incident occurred July 12 at a store in the 900 block of Springfield Road. The victim was wearing a skirt when the suspect took the pictures, police said.  The suspect was driving a silver 2012 Volkswagen Jetta.  The suspect, who was not immediately identified, is not from the area but is known to Union police, the spokesman also said.
