Car Crashes Into Home In Hillcrest After Driver Loses Control A Rockland County home was struck by a vehicle in a dramatic crash Tuesday night, Aug. 26. The incident happened on Hazel Court in Hillcrest, when a vehicle lost control and slammed into a residence, according to a report by The Monsey Scoop.  Emergency responders from Spring Hill EMS, the Hillcrest Fire Department, Ramapo Police, and Rockland Paramedics rushed to the scene. Despite the serious nature of the crash, only minor injuries were reported, The Monsey Scoop reported. More information about the crash was not immediately available.

Vehicle Flips In Route 202 Crash In Suffern Injuries were reported following a crash in Rockland County that left a vehicle on its side.  The crash happened in Suffern on Monday, Aug. 18, when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Route 202 and Viola Road, according to a report by The Monsey Scoop. Crews from Hatzoloh EMS, Faist EMS, the Suffern Fire Department, Tallman Fire Department, and Ramapo Police rushed to the scene, where debris had been scattered all over the roadway.  Injuries were reported, according to the outlet. An 82-year-old Margate woman lost control of her vehicle while backing out of a parking space, striking two pedestrians, an Absecon woman and a Pleasantville man at the Sam's Club at 1025 Black Horse Pike, Pleasantville police said. Both pedestrians sustained minor injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, police said. No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
