A Virginia driver is behind bars after police say his speeding killed a woman in a two-car crash on a busy Woodbridge roadway last week.
Luis Alejandro Anariba, 23, of Woodbridge, was arrested on Wednesday, May 8, and charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving, Prince William County Police announced.
The fatal collision happened just before 7 p.m. on May 1, at the intersection of Dale Boulevard and Barksdale Street, according to investigators.

Aryan Saini, of Central Islip, was riding east on Hauppauge Road in Commack when he was struck from behind by a white SUV also heading east near 68 Hauppauge Road, Suffolk County Police said.
