State Police: Tractor-Trailer Catches Fire On Route 78
All lanes have reopened after a tractor-trailer went up in flames on Route 78 westbound in Hunterdon County Tuesday afternoon, State Police said. The trailer blaze broke out near milepost 14 in Union Township just after 1 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Jeff Flynn told Daily Voice. No injuries were reported, Flynn said. The area was cleared with all lanes reopened about an hour later, authorities said.

Truck Fire Causes I-84 Lane Closure
A stretch of I-84 has reopened after tractor-trailer fire. The fire started around 11:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 31 eastbound in Montgomery, said the New York State Police. There were no injuries but the highway was closed for a short time while the fire was extinguished, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Nevel said as of 12:30 p.m., only the one exit ramp lane at Exit 28 is still blocked. An investigation is underway into the cause of the fire.

Two lanes were shut down on I-95 on Wednesday afternoon, temporarily tying up traffic in Fairfield County when a tractor-trailer went up in flames.
