East Fishkill Teen Attempts To Run Down Larceny Victim With Car, Police Say
An 18-year-old East Fishkill teen was charged with reckless endangerment and conspiracy after attempting to leave the scene of a theft and trying rundown the victim with his car. Theodore R. Hayes was arrested around 8 p.m. Dec. 31 after he attempted to flee the scene of a larceny and then tried to hit the victim with his car, according to Lt. James Janso of the Town of Lloyd Police. Hayes was arraigned and released following the incident. He is due to appear in court on Jan. 11. The Lloyd Police were assisted by the Dutchess County Sheriffs Office.
