Javon Cutler, of Bayville, was in the passenger's seat of a friend's car leaving the Toms River Apartments on Main Street when he was shot around 8:15 p.m., Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Anthony Barksdale, 26, also known as Shakar Barksdale and previously from Seaside Heights, was convicted in the fatal shooting of Steven E. Stallworth, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Toms River Man Pleads Guilty To Drug Dealing Charges A Toms River man faces at least four years in state prison on drug-related charges, authorities said. Jarian Adams, 40, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in an amount greater than one-half ounce with intent to distribute, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
