Numerous law enforcement agencies responded to Hoboken synagogues and Jewish schools Thursday, March 12, in what authorities say was a "non-credible threat." A joint investigation began 11 p.m., and involved the Hudson County Sheriff's Office, New Jersey Transit Police, and Port Authority Police that determined there was no threat, Hoboken police said. Cherry Hill High School East had an early dismissal after a threat against the school on Tuesday, Feb. 11, authorities said. Police Respond To Threat At Danbury Fair Mall
Police responded to a threat involving a popular mall in Connecticut. It happened late Sunday afternoon, Oct. 6 in Fairfield County at the Danbury Fair Mall. Danbury Police say officers responded to a report of a possible incident at the mall at around 4:30 p.m. The officers quickly determined that the threat was not credible and there was no danger to the public, according to police. "This incident remains under investigation as a swatting call," according to Danbury Police. The mall reopened for business as usual.

The New Art Center said it would not be bullied into changing its mission after receiving a bomb threat shortly before its planned Drag Queen Story Hour over the weekend. Walt Whitman High School in Montgomery County was evacuated due to a threat Friday, May 17, around 12:20 p.m., police said. A Prince William County high school was sheltering in place due to a threat called in on Thursday, May 2, police said.
