Teen Blocked Police Vehicle At Northeast Philly Car Meet: Authorities Three people were arrested when police broke up a car meet in Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday night.  Authorities said they arrived at the 500 block of Adams Avenue to find some 200 people and around 100 vehicles.  An officer activated his lights and sirens after bystanders "encircled" his car, PPD said. This NJ Health Department Is Paying Teens To Star In Drug, Vaping PSAs The Ocean County Health Department is casting teenagers for drug and vaping public service announcements. The OCHD is casting a diverse group of teens ages 14 to 18 to act in "substance use" and vaping prevention PSAs, the casting call says. A total of 19 actors are needed for both speaking and background roles, with multiple PSAs to shoot. Casting directors say the shoot will take place during the week so must be able to take off one day of school. The roles pay between $200 and $600 for one day of work. Click here to apply.
