Man Admits To Driving High On Meth, Injuring Four In Toms River Crash: Prosecutors A Jackson Township man admitted to driving a stolen pickup while high on methamphetamine in a crash that injured another man and three children, authorities said. Gerald White, 38, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced on Thursday, Feb. 8 to 25 years in prison, for killing two people at the violent H2oi car rally in 2022, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced.  White has a long history of traffic violations in New Jersey, dating back to 2005. The man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following a stop in the town of Ulster on Wednesday, Oct. 25. According to Chief Kyle S.
