The incident occurred in Orange County on Monday, June 10, in the city of Newburgh. Hudson Valley Man Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash. The crash took place in Orange County in Newburgh on Saturday, July 30 at the intersection of South Street and Pierces Road. When officers arrived on the scene they found the 32-year-old Newburgh man unconscious and unresponsive, said the city of Newburgh Police. The man was immediately transported to St. Luke’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. The victim has not been identified. Woman Injured After Several Shots Fired At Large Gathering In Area A woman was hospitalized after several shots were fired at a large, overnight gathering in the City of Newburgh. The incident occurred around 3:40 a.m. Saturday, May 18 in the area of 97 South Street. Less than an hour later, the woman entered Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital with a gunshot wound to the hand, said police.
