Long Island Man Sentenced For Producing, Possessing Child Pornography For Decades
A former racehorse trainer from Long Island will likely spend the remainder of his life behind bars for sexually exploiting a child and possessing child pornography, officials announced.
Daniel Mullan, aged 83, of Elmont, was sentenced to 30 years behind bars, which is the maximum sentence based on the criminal statutes in place at the time of Mullan’s offenses, according to the US Attorney’s Office Eastern District of New York.
