'Wolf In Sheep's Clothing': Boston Jury Convicts Man Who Hid Role In Rwanda Genocide A Boston jury has convicted an Ohio man who lied under oath about his role in Rwanda’s genocide, where witnesses said he beat Tutsis and helped single people out to be murdered, federal authorities said.  Jurors found Eric Tabaro Nshimiye, 54, of Uniontown, Ohio, guilty on Tuesday, Oct. 27, of four perjury counts and one count of obstruction of justice. Faustin Nsabumukunzi, 65, of Bridgehampton, was indicted on charges of visa fraud and attempted naturalization fraud in Central Islip federal court on Thursday, April 24. The charges stem from allegations that he lied to US immigration officials for decades in order to obtain refugee status, a green card, and later US citizenship, prosecutors said.
