Andrew Smith, 27, of West Babylon, was arrested by Suffolk County Police around 12:30 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 12, following the crash in West Babylon, police said. According to police, Smith was driving a Dodge pickup truck northbound on Route 109 when the vehicle struck a parked car.  There were no injuries.  Nassau County Police reported that Smith has been suspended without pay pending an administrative investigation.
