Two NJ Transit conductors were among three people arrested in a fraud scheme in which they recruited employees to get doctors to write various prescriptions, costing the insurance company more than $800,000, authorities said.

Two men have been arrested for allegedly attempting to illegally obtain prescription medications from a Fairfield County pharmacy.
New York City residents Christopher Estrella, age 21, of Queens, and Isa Hills, also 21, of Manhattan, were arrested on Monday, April 19, by Westport Police, said Lieutenant David Wolf.
Their arrests took place after Westport Police received a report from a local pharmacy that an unknown person was attempting to obtain prescription medications via the phone, Wolf said.
