Bicyclist Struck, Killed By Van In Northern Westchester A bicyclist from Fairfield County was struck and killed by a van in Northern Westchester. The incident happened on Saturday, Aug. 22 just before 1 p.m. in Pound Ridge. The 2014 Ford Econoline van, operated by Lorenzo Davis, 33, of the Bronx, was traveling south on Route 137 (High Ridge Road), when, for unknown reasons, struck a bicyclist also traveling south on High Ridge Road, state police said. Officers from the Pound Ridge Police Department and New York State Police troopers from Somers received the report of a robbery and assault at approximately 7:05 a.m. on Friday morning, April 12 at a bus stop on Trinity Pass Road. Know Him? Police Seek To ID Suspect Who Used Credit Card Stolen In Northern Westchester Police are asking for help in identifying a man who used a stolen credit card at numerous businesses in Westchester and Fairfield counties and on Long Island. Pound Ridge Police said the man, described as being 40 to 50 years old, 6-foot tall, with a medium build, used the stolen card during the month of May at stores in Yonkers, Darien and Manhasset. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white tee shirt, sunglasses, and a purple Lakers hat.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pound Ridge Police Department Detective Division at 914-764-4530.
