A New York man has been arrested and charged in a double shooting at New Jersey at a Fairfield hotel last week, authorities announced.
Tyrone Malcolm, 39, of Middletown, NY, has been charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Mohammed Sahariar, which also left his co-worker with critical injuries, according to Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Fairfield Police Chief Anthony Manna.

Bayonne Man, 65, Pulled Gun On Neighbor: Police
An argument between neighbors last week escalated, resulting in an arrest Wednesday, Bayonne police said.
The two men, who know each other, began arguing in a common hallway of a multifamily home Saturday morning. One of them, Gerald Ponce, 65, returned to his apartment during the dispute and came back out with a .38-caliber revolver, which Ponce allegedly pointed at the other man. No one was hurt.
Ponce has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He was being held at the Hudson County Jail.
