Notorious CT After-Hours Club Raided, Nets 3 Arrests, More To Come, Police Say
After several years of responding to assaults, shootings, stabbings, and a murder at a Connecticut address, police raided the residence and made several arrests.
The incident occurred in New Haven County on Saturday, July 13, at 190 Grove St., in Meriden.
According to Lt. Darrin McKay of the Meriden Police, the purpose of the search was to recover evidence from a recent assault that occurred at the property.
McKay said many of the problems have arisen due to an after-hours event on the second floor of the building.

2 Women Charged After Raid At Centereach Massage Parlor
Two women are facing charges after a raid at a Long Island massage parlor.
In response to numerous community complaints, at about 4 p.m. Monday, March 27, authorities conducted the operation in Centereach at New Day Spa on Dawn Drive.
Following an investigation, Jessica Garcia, age 30, and Wenjuan Deng, age 42, both of Flushing, Queens, were arrested and charged with unauthorized practice of a profession.
They were issued a desk appearance ticket and are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.

3,000 Heroin Folds, 1,000 Ecstasy Pills Seized, Three Busted In Paterson Raid
Paterson police seized more than 3,000 folds of heroin and nearly 1,000 Ecstasy pills while arresting three men during a raid, authorities said.
City Narcotics Division detectives also found another nine ounces of heroin and three ounces of cocaine during the Thursday afternoon bust at a two-family house in the 100 block of North 10th Street, Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
