Woman Threw Stone Pavers Through City Hall Windows In Atlantic City: Police A 35-year-old woman has been arrested for throwing stone pavers through windows at City Hall in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Sunday, Oct. 8, at 12:05 a.m., patrol officers responded to City Hall in the 1300 block of Bacharach Boulevard for damage done to windows. Arriving officers found that several windows at the front entrance to the building had been shattered. Paver stones were found inside the building.
