A Morris County man was charged after a woman reported seeing him looking into her bedroom window, authorities announced Tuesday, May 12. Officers responded to the apartment complex at 10:23 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, for a report of a man peering into a home at the Eagle Rock Village Apartments, Mount Olive police. The victim told officers she saw the man standing outside her bedroom window, looking inside. The suspect was identified as 28-year-old Dylan Martell, of Budd Lake, police said. Peeping Tom, 22, Arrested In Hoboken: Police
A 22-year-old man was arrested after peering through a first-floor apartment in Hoboken Monday, authorities said. The resident of a ground floor apartment at 10th and Garden Street provided a description of the suspect, later identified as Adam Papenhausen, around 11:45 Jan. 24, Hoboken police said. Papenhausen was tracked down by officers and charged with Invasion of Privacy, Peering, and Hindering. His charges were placed on a summons with a superior court date of Feb. 8.
