Officers responded to the apartment complex at 10:23 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, for a report of a man peering into a home at the Eagle Rock Village Apartments, Mount Olive police.
The victim told officers she saw the man standing outside her bedroom window, looking inside. The suspect was identified as 28-year-old Dylan Martell, of Budd Lake, police said.
Martell was arrested on Monday, May 11 and charged with peering into windows or other openings on a dwelling and harassment, police said.
