ICE To Seize 2 Women Charged In Jackson Crash That Killed Baby
ICE detainers have been lodged against both women charged in a New Jersey grocery store parking lot crash that killed a 9-month-old boy, records show.
Maria CobonGuzman, 20, of Trenton, and Ariadana Lazaro-Flores, 22, of Toms River, remained in the Ocean County Jail following the Friday, Aug. 28 crash, jail records show. Both records list detainers issued by U.S. Immigration.
Jail records show CobonGuzman is a Guatemalan national, while Lazaro-Flores is a Mexican national.

Woman Sexually Assaulted At Rutgers: Police
A sexual assault at Rutgers University is under investigation, authorities announced Tuesday, April 21.
The assault occurred between 5:04 a.m. and 5:26 a.m. on Saturday, April 18 in Rutgers Lot 26, located at 21 Bartlett St. in New Brunswick, Rutgers police said.
The woman, who is affiliated with Rutgers, said she was approached by a man while standing outside of her vehicle in the parking lot, police said. The two engaged in conversation prior to entering the woman's vehicle, wherein she reported that she was sexually assaulted, police said.

Gunman, 67, Killed 24-Year-Old Victim In Weehawken, Prosecutor Says
Police have identified both the victim and suspect in a deadly Weehawken shooting this week.
Jhonnier Gamboa Acosta, 24, was believed to have been shot and killed by Juan Perez, 67, on Park Avenue between 37th and 41st streets around 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Acosta was taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:14 p.m. The Cause and Manner of Death are pending the findings of the Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
