Firearm, High Capacity Mag Found On Paterson Man Hiding In Elmwood Park Bushes: Police
An 18-year-old Paterson man hiding in bushes in Elmwood Park was found with a firearm, high capacity magazine, and hollow point bullets, police said.
Jhirmane Parks and three other unidentified males had brought police to Elmwood Court around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, Elmwood Park Police Chief Michael Foligno said.

Two Arrested After Driving With Stolen License Plate: Secaucus PD
Two Paterson residents were arrested on Wednesday, July 24, after police spotted them driving a car with a stolen license plate in Secaucus, authorities said.
At 9:33 p.m., officers located the vehicle in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and 10th Street, Secaucus police said. A traffic stop was initiated and police arrested Erykah Harmon, 26, and charged her with receiving stolen property, police said. Harmon also had an outstanding warrant out of Newark, police said.

A woman from Central Massachusetts thought she could cleverly hide a bag of drugs in her pants when officers pulled her and another man over for driving with an expired inspection sticker last month. That woman, according to police, thought wrong.
