Melissa Meole, of North Branford, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 17, on a federal criminal complaint charging her with embezzlement, fraud, and identity theft, said John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Last week, the Committee passed Gov.
