Nightclub Slaying: Third Man Arrested In Randolph July 4th Killing
Ten months after a July 4th shooting at a Randolph nightclub, police said they arrested a third man linked to the slaying.
Jovani Delossantos, age 29, of Worcester, was arrested on Wednesday, May 10, in a parking lot in Woburn, the Norfolk District Attorney's Office said. He is charged with murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily harm, armed assault with intent to murder, and mayhem, the prosecutor said.
A judge ordered him held without bail.

Ana Walshe Case: Husband Indicted On First-Degree Murder Charge, Norfolk DA Says
A Norfolk grand jury has indicted Brian Walshe in the murder of his wife, Ana Walshe, who was last seen on Jan. 1, and whose story has become a national obsession.
Brian Walshe, 48, was indicted Thursday, March 30, on charges of first-degree murder, misleading police/obstructing justice, and improper conveyance of a human body, the Norfolk District Attorney's Office said.
He faces life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted.

Brian Walshe Charged With Killing Missing Wife, Ana Walshe: DA
The Norfolk District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday, Jan. 17, that it would charge Brian Walshe with the murder of his 39-year-old wife, Ana Walshe, a Washington, DC building manager who has been missing since New Year's Day.
District Attorney Michael Morrisey announced the charge in a minute-long YouTube video but did not disclose any further evidence in the case.
Walshe will be arraigned on Wednesday.

Three Months Before Murder, Woman Found In Woods Tried To Get Restraining Order
A doctor has been indicted for the murder of his wife whose body was found in an outdoor area not far from the couple’s home.
Ingolf Tuerk, 58, of Dover, Massachusetts, was indicted on Thursday, Aug. 20, and is being charged in the murder of 45-year-old Kathleen McLean, the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office said.
Tuerk will be arraigned next week, the DA said. He is being held without bail.
