Lincoln Park PD: Brooklyn Trio Stole $3,500 In Merchandise From CVS Three Brooklyn men were being held at the Morris County Correction Facility after taking more than $3,500 in merchandise from a local CVS, said authorities who charged them. A 9-1-1 caller told police that a trio ran away from the CVS on Boonton Turnpike around 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Lincoln Park Police Detective Kevin Fitzpatrick said. Tevin Green, 25, Danzell Stephenson, 25, and Stephon Smith, 21, were located by police and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy to commit the same. Lincoln Park Vehicle Stop Turns Out Handgun, Hollow-Point Bullets Lincoln Park police seized a handgun and hollow-nosed ammo from a North Carolina driver pulled over on a motor vehicle stop, authorities said. Robert Drane, 53, was found to be in possession of a 9MM caliber handgun and hollow-point bullets after being pulled over on Bog and Vly Lane on Jan. 30, Detective Kevin Fitzpatrick said. Drane was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and cited for motor vehicle violations, Fitzpatrick said. He was released with pending a hearing in Morris County Superior Court.

Woman Stole Of Air Purifier, Clothing From Target, Washington Township Police Say A Hackettstown woman is accused of stealing more than $500 in merchandise from Washington Township's Route 46 Target store, authorities said. Kristine Patton, 48, apparently walked out of the store with several article of clothing and a Dyson air purifier -- without paying, Washington Township Police Chief Jeffrey Almer said. Patton was issued a criminal complaint charging her with shoplifting more than $500 in merchandise, Almer said. A hearing was scheduled in Morris County Superior Court, the chief said.
