Arsonist Charged In Separate Montgomery County Investigations: Police Two people have been arrested for separate arson incidents that occurred last month in Montgomery County. Bill Clinton Gomez, 18, of Rockville has been charged with arson and motor vehicle theft and other related charges, according to Montgomery County officials. Gomez and a juvenile allegedly started fires at a vacant house and in two vehicles. Anastasia Colucci has been charged with first degree arson and two counts of second degree arson after allegedly setting fires on June 25 and June 26. Colucci is accused of setting fires at 7141 Wisconsin Avenue and 4819 Leland Street.&nbs…
