Sex Offender Harasses 13-Year-Old Girl At East Patchogue Convenience Store, Police Say A convicted sex offender is accused of harassing an underage girl outside a Long Island convenience store. The incident happened in Patchogue, at the 7-Eleven store located near Montauk Highway and Bay Avenue, at around 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. Suffolk County Police said 37-year-old Ronald Rios, of East Patchogue, made sexual comments to a 13-year-old girl. The incident occurred in Quogue around 6:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 13 on the Montauk Highway near the intersection of Catbrier Road.
