One person is dead and a suspect is in police custody following a shooting at a mall in Western Massachusetts this weekend, authorities said. Holyoke Police responded to reports of shots fired at the Holyoke Mall, located at 50 Holyoke Street in Holyoke, just before 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, according to Hampden County District Attorney Anthony Gulluni. ) Firefighters Battle Three-Story Home Blaze In Boston
Firefighters battled a three-story house fire in the Roxbury neighborhood Monday afternoon, Sept. 19, the Boston Fire Department tweeted. Officials said the three-alarm fire began around 5 p.m. at the 9 Forest Street home in Nubian Square. Firefighters were able to knock it back by 5:45 p.m. Fire officials have not released any information on injuries or the home's occupants.
