Osha Investigating Deadly Industrial Accident In Eastern PA Federal regulators are investigating the workplace accident that killed a 52-year-old man in Fairless Hills on Monday, Oct. 9.  Oscar C. Martinez Bravo died from multiple injuries at Mazza Iron and Steel at 60 Solar Drive, according to the Bucks County Coroner's Office.  His manner of death was ruled accidental, Coroner Meredith Buck said.  The Occupational Safety and Health Administration told Daily Voice it is investigating the matter.
