Now, more than a year after baby Malik Woodard died, his mother, 20-year-old Taylor Williams, has been arrested in Baltimore following an investigation that determined the infant suffered head trauma, severe dehydration, and malnutrition.
Williams was taken into custody on Monday, Oct. 5, nearly 14 months after officers were called to the intersection of Loch Raven Boulevard and Gorsuch Avenue on Aug. 31, 2025, for a report of a baby who was not breathing.
