A 29-year-old man from Colts Neck man has been arrested in connection with a series of bank robberies during the past month, authorities said. Conor Kavanagh, 29, was charged with three counts of first-degree armed robbery, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey said on Monday. Ex-Uber, Lyft Driver Convicted Of Stalking 14-Year-Old Girl: Prosecutor
A 43-year-old man who formerly worked as an Uber and Lyft driver has been found guilty of stalking a 14-year-old girl, authorities said. Shyam Gurung, formerly of Jersey City, was convicted by a Monmouth County Jury of fourth-degree stalking, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey. NJ Woman Charged With Murder In Husband's 'Accidental' Shooting Death: Prosecutor
A 73-year-old woman from Monmouth County has been charged with murder in the shooting death of her husband, authorities said. Michele Linzalone was charged with first-degree murder and second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey. Bullet Found Behind Central Jersey Elementary School, Authorities Say
A bullet was found outside a Central Jersey school Thursday about two months after a report of gunfire nearby, authorities said. A worker at Cove Road Elementary School in Hazlet was blowing leaves on the school grounds when the "projectile" was found, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey. Hazlet police investigated a 9-1-1 call at 10:14 p.m. on Oct. 7 reporting gunshots in the neighborhood behind Cove Road Elementary at 8 Cove Road, although nothing was found at the time, authorities said.
