After a long battle, a court decision has affirmed that a cabin long purported to be exclusively possessed by a Boy Scouts organization is instead owned by Westchester County. After 25 years, Marcel's will be closing its doors. The Washington DC restaurant owned by Chef Robert Wiedmaier said its last day in business will be on May 12.
