Trio Arrested For Sexual Assaults Across Bergen County, Two Involving Children: Prosecutor A trio of Bergen County men were arrested in a string of sexual assaults dating back to 2023, authorities announced Monday, March 10. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said that Carlos L. Sibri, 33, of Hackensack; Jonathan E. Rodriguez, 35, of Englewood; and Hector R. Estrada Roca, 37, of Teaneck, have all been lodged in the county jail.
