Haverstraw Officer Run Over, 80 MPH Chase: Driver Indicted For Attempted Murder, DA Says A 24-year-old man accused of running over a police officer and leading authorities on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash with a patrol car in Rockland County has been indicted on multiple charges, including attempted aggravated murder.   Haverstraw resident Isaac E.
