A crash with injuries partially closed Interstate 295 in Camden County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 1:20 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 10 on I-295 southbound North of Exit 28 - (Route 168/Black Horse Pike) in Haddon Heights, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Pickup Truck Dumps Lumber, Closes I-295 In Burlington
A pickup truck dumped its load of lumber closing part of Interstate 295 in Burlington County, authorities said. The crash occurred at 11:31 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 on I-295 southbound at milepost 47 in Burlington Township, according to New Jersey State Police. Preliminary investigation revealed that a Ford pickup truck carrying 2X4 lumber was involved in a collision with another vehicle causing it to overturn and spill the lumber into the lanes of travel, State Police said. The crash occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7 southbound near exit 34 (Route 70) in Cherry Hill Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Motorist Killed After Flipping, Striking Sign In I-295 Crash
An unidentified driver was killed in a single-car crash after veering off Interstate 295 in Mercer County, authorities said. The crash occurred about 11:52 p.m. on I-295 North in the area of milepost 63.1 in Hamilton Township, according to New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan. The Mercedes-Benz ran off the highway to the right, overturned and struck a support for a sign, Marchan said. The driver, whose name was withheld pending notification of next of kin, was fatally injured, he said. The crash remains under investigation.

The first crash occurred at about 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25 on the southbound ramp to Exit 34 (Route 70) in Cherry Hill, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. A car overturned closing all lanes of Interstate 295 in Camden County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2 p.m. on Monday, April 17 on I-295 northbound South of Exit 30 - Warwick Road in Lawnside, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said. An unconfirmed report said a motorist was trapped in the wreckage. All lanes were closed for an investigation as of 2:30 p.m., nj511.org reported.
