A 30-year-old Jersey City man was arrested and charged on Monday, Oct. 28, after an assault outside a bar left another man with a hemorrhage in Bayonne, authorities said. A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged on Thursday, Oct. 10 after he ran off with a 15-year-old girl in Guttenberg, authorities said. Earlier in the week, the 15-year-old's mother found her daughter lying naked on a couch with Mario Astudillo-Mendieta, who she believed was her daughter's friend, Guttenberg police said in a release.
