New Haven County resident Riqui Irigoyen-Flores, age 31, of West Haven, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 16, for his involvement following the fatal crash in Seymour.
Riqui Irigoyen-Flores is the brother of Jair Irigoyen-Flores, who was arrested for hitting and killing James and Barbara Tamborra, both age 81, on Friday, Dec. 10, 2021, as they crossed Route 67 after leaving a wake, Seymour Police said at the time of the incident.

Isaiah Cust, age 30, of Roosevelt was arraigned on Thursday, Jan. 7 in front of Judge William O’Brien on one count of murder, said Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas.
Cust was remanded to jail and is due back in court on Friday, Jan. 29. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.

Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, took the stand in a civil lawsuit filed by her mother claiming he owes her more than $2.5 million.
While on the stand Tuesday, Dec. 3, Dulos testified that his late father-in-law, Hillard Farber, was like a second father to him and had loaned him money to help start his luxury home building business, the Fore Group Inc.
His mother-in-law, Gloria Farber, claims Dulos owes her $2.5 million and had stopped paying back loans after the couple separated in 2017.
