Driver Dies After Medical Episode On Route 287: State Police A 53-year-old Bernardsville man died after suffering a medical episode on Route 287 in Morrison County on Tuesday, Jan. 2, New Jersey State Police said. At 5:10 p.m., troopers responded to the southbound side at milepost in 38 in Hanover Township and found the driver of a Chevy pickup, who has not been identified, having the medical emergency, Trooper Troy McNair said.  He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, McNair said.
