A Mercer County Walmart worker promoted the sexual assault of a 5-year-old and actively distributed child pornography, authorities charged.
Kevin Pearsall, 30, of Trenton, was charged with various child pornography possession and distribution offenses, as well as first-degree aggravated assault as an accomplice, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, and child endangerment as an accomplice, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Vigilant Witness Helps Chase Down Trenton Car Burglar, Police Say
A vigilant witness helped to chase down and apprehend a man who had just burglarized a neighbor’s vehicle in Mercer County, authorities said Monday.
Calvin Stevens, 38, was seen by a neighbor on surveillance footage breaking into a vehicle on the 500 block of East Franklin Street in Hamilton just before 5:10 a.m. Sunday, local police said.
Stevens fled when confronted by the neighbor, who caught him at the intersection of East Franklin Street and Fairmount Avenue, police said.
