A Hudson Valley woman is suing Kellogg's in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit alleging its "Whole Grain Frosted Strawberry" Pop-Tarts are deceiving consumers because they don't have enough strawberries. A former business owner from Long Island has been sentenced in connection with a scheme to defraud banks, business partners, and a customer out of about $1.1 million.
